Doors and Gates
Doors are an important element of a building, yard or garage. It is necessary for them to combine strength, safety, convenience and aesthetic features so to complement the exterior of the home and office. Doors can be made of various shock-resistant and bad weather-resistant materials and a reliable opening and locking systems. Still of the same importance are the heat- and noise insulations by the entrance doors as well as the requirements about the fire-resistance norms.
Specific features for drive gates are their size and variable systems of opening. They usually serve to block the access to a parking space in a yard or garage, so it is very important to choose the matching opening system and reliable exploitation under any weather conditions. Most of the drive gates are made of steel because of its strength characteristics. The assembling is usually made on welding, and the color can be either polymer powder coating or application of high-quality primers and paints with the possibility of pre-hot galvanizing.
Sliding portal gates
Sliding portal gates are extremely practical because of the small space they need when opening. The gate slides parallel to the fence by means of special rollers on the rail, with the possibility of automatic opening with a remote control. They are made of hollow or solid steel profiles with the option of wrought iron decorative elements, solid or wooden panels and cladding. Locking can be done by a special lock or automation system. The assembling is done on welding, and the painting can be made by polymer-powder coating or by application of high-quality primers and paints with the possibility of pre-hot galvanizing of the profiles.
Portal gates on hinges
Suspension and opening of the portal gates can be carried out by specialized carrier hinges. The size of these hinges depends on the weight of the portal gate. Locking can be done by a special lock cylinder or by automation system device. Entrance doors type armonica
An unusual way to open an entrance door is harmonica type /folding panels/. This opening is preferable when there is no possibility of mounting a sliding drive door, or if in the case of hinged doors the door wings are too large and occupy a lot of space when opening. The opening of this composition of two or more panels is made by means of specialized rollers running on a rail, with the possibility of automatic opening by using a remote control. All of our doors can be fitted with remote opening automation. For our entrance doors, we use Somfy's automation as a proven, high-quality brand with the time. By the sliding drive gates, the motors are fixed to the vertical columns or are clamped to the ground. They are powered by a control box that also receives the signal from the remote control device. For hinged doors, the electric motor drives the door wings through the shoulders or a worm gear. The movement is smooth in order to give a longer service life to the device. According to the customer’s choice a radio keyboard, photoelectric cells, a spare battery, etc. can be added to Somfy's automatic systems.

Custom designed doors
Every yard needs a courtyard door. Courtyard doors are the access to the yard and the building, so they have to combine robustness and security from thieves, beauty and style, to enchant guests, practicality, convenience and qualities for long years of operation. Most often they are made of steel profiles, wrought iron or sheet metal in combination with wood, aluminium or glass. For a long-lasting and maintenance-free life the doors can be subjected to hot-dip galvanizing and polymer powder painting with a wide variety of colors and color effects.
Garage doors are used to provide access to garages; they are entry to garages or large commercial and warehouse premises. An important advantage of these doors is the covering of large entrance openings necessary for passage of large groups of people or vehicles. They are made of sheet steel, steel profiles and insulating materials. They can be painted in different colors according to the RAL catalog as well as in wood imitation patterns. Garage doors can be opened/closed both manually and automatically by a button or remote control.
Sectional garage doors
Sectional doors are a suitable solution for large entrances to garages, warehouses, workshops and commercial premises. A sectional door is a set of several connected panels made of two layers of galvanized steel sheet metal painted with polymer powder coating and polyurethane foam between them. The thickness of the sandwich panel thus formed is 42 mm. in order to achieve a better thermal and acoustic insulation, with an option of partial replacement of the panels with transparent glass panels. Available sizes for manufacturing can reach up to 6 meters in width and 5 meters in height. Sectional doors can be opened manually, with a chain mechanism or by means of an electric motor.
One-panel garage doors are specifically designed for garage entrances. They are made out of a lightweight supporting steel construction and a sandwich panel. They are easy to operate, safe and do not require extra space to open. One-panel garage doors can be equipped with button-operated or remote-controlled automation system.
Roller garage doors
Roller garage doors are composed of lamellas winding or rolling around a steel shaft with springs sliding through aside guides and retracting in a protective box. This type of device makes these doors an ideal option for entrances and access to garages, warehouses and industrial premises. For a better thermo- and acoustic insulation, roller doors can be made of aluminium thermo lamellas filled with polyurethane padding. The color range is according to the RAL catalogue, as well as some wood effect patterns. Roller doors can be opened manually or equipped with an electric motor and a remote control devic
Exterior front doors
Entrance doors design and properties should be selected very carefully. An exterior entrance door is the main access to a building so it has to meet all requirements of reliability, protection, security and flawless vision. Entrance doors are most often made of steel profiles, sheet metal, MDF profiles, aluminium, wood and other materials. The choice of bearing hinges is determined by the size and weight of the door, and the locking mechanism has a wide variety of choices with varying degrees of security from robbery. For a better corrosion protection, the doors are electrostatically sprayed by powder coating in colors according to RAL catalogue with following baking process in thermally regulated furnaces.
Armored doors are designed to provide the highest level of protection from intrusion into the building. They are made of thick-walled steel profiles and sheet metal, and for decoration and unique appearance there are MDF boards or solid wood added. Especially important is the reliable operation and the security of the locking system. Armored doors can be equipped with multiple locks, lock-in boxes and frame locks with multipoint locking. We have a great variety of handles and rosettes to achieve a unique vision of your armored door.
Both armored and steel doors are made of profiled and sheet steel. For maximum strength, the doors are fully assembled on a welding and the type of steel used is at least 2 mm thick. To achieve good thermal and acoustic sound insulation, the door can be filled with stone wool. The hinges are reinforced and welded, and the lock is secured by two or more lock points. The painting of the doors is done by polymer powder coating with subsequent firing in a thermoregulated furnace.
Aluminium doors are lightweight, elegant and do not require any maintenance. The frame is being made of system aluminium profiles, and any type of glass or double glass panes, different types of PVC or aluminium panels with decorative ornaments can be mounted for filling. Due to its high corrosion resistance of aluminium as a material, aluminium doors are a suitable solution for bathrooms, laundry rooms and entrance doors. Locking is done cylinder locks, and for greater security and safety, a three-point lock and various types of additional locks can be fitted. The color range for painting the profiles is unlimited, including a variety of wooden-effect patterns.
Design and dimensioning
Our qualified technician will take measures of the door opening as well as will advise the customer about the materials we offer, the opening systems, the locking methods as well as the color combinations. After this procedure a preliminary project will be created including the valuation of the desired product.
There follows optimization and cutting of the chosen material as specified in the working blueprint and its subsequent assembly, either by welding, or by bolt or screw connection. Painting of the metal elements of the doors is being done by electrostatic application of powder polymeric anticorrosive and decorative coatings and following firing in thermoregulated furnaces.
The delivery of the manufactured product and the materials needed for installation to the site is being done by specialized transport vehicles for such purposes. To avoid scratches and injuries the elements of the construction are being packed with transport foil.
Our experienced installers have the most advanced professional equipment to achieve the required accuracy and ease of installation works. We work exclusively with high quality materials and do not compromise with the quality of the fixing, sealing, waterproofing adhesives and sealing compounds we use. In order to prevent unwanted damage on the walls and floors of the object caused by the welding, the connection of the elements is being done by means of a bolt or a screw connection. After completing of the installation, the site is being cleaned from waste materials, filings and packaging foil.
