Sturdiness and reliability
Cladding is the outside coating of walls, pillars, roofs, awnings, open sheds and other objects and serves to protect them from external influences such as rain, sun, shock, pollution, etc. Cladding can be seen as a finishing element with decorative properties or as an addition to the interior or exterior design of the building. The coating material may be aluminium or plasticized steel sheets, composite panels, sandwich panels, glass, ceramics and others.
Claddings of aluminium sheets
Aluminium is material with a light weight, easy to work with and has good corrosion resistance properties. Aluminium metal sheets are easy to clean, so they are suitable material for cladding walls, columns, window sills, suspended ceilings and other surfaces exposed to heavy contamination and pollution. It can be mounted directly on the wall by using the appropriate glue or combined with an aluminium or steel construction. Aluminium sheet metal can be painted by powder coating in all colors included in RAL catalogue, as well as in wood patterns.
Claddings of plasticized steel sheets
Plasticized sheet metal is a combination of galvanized steel sheet with a thickness of 0.55 mm. and a polyester coating. Outside it is very similar to aluminium sheets but it has better impact and shock properties. It is suitable for coating of walls and suspended ceilings, as well as finishing elements of awnings and awnings. It is also very easy to clean and needs no maintenance. The plasticized sheet metal can be painted by powder coating in all colors available in the RAL catalogue or in different wooden of other natural materials patterns.
Claddings of composite panels - etalbond
The composite panel (etalbond) consists of two layers of aluminium sheet and a polyester layer between them with a total thickness of 3, 4 or 6 mm. The composite panel (etalbond) is light but sturdy, easy to clean, has good insulation properties and is suitable as a cladding source for walls, suspended ceilings, building facades, visors and awnings, etc. It can be mounted either directly on the wall or combined with an aluminium or steel construction. Aluminium sheet metal can be found in all colors included in RAL catalogue, as well as in wood patterns.
Varnished colored glass
Thanks to its resistance to moisture glass can be used as a coating material in bathrooms, laundry rooms, kitchens, buildings’ facades, etc. Varnished colored glass (lacobel) has a wide application in modern exterior and interior design. It can be mounted either directly on the wall by gluing, or on aluminium or steel sub construction, as well as on a frame. For safety reasons, glass can be laminated or processed by thermal treatment and edging.
Claddings of sandwich panels
Sandwich panels are easily assembled elements that are characterized by low weight, very good thermal insulation properties and high resistance to weathering. They consist of two layers of steel sheet metal and an insulation of polyurethane, mineral wool or Styrofoam between them with a total thickness between 30 and 200mm. They are suitable coating of walls, roofs, facades of buildings, etc. They also can be found in all colors included in RAL catalogue, and very easily match with other cladding materials.
Claddings of ceramics
Ceramic cladding is a suitable solution for exterior walls and facades of buildings. It consists of a combination of supporting wall substructure, thermoinsulation - most commonly wadding, hangers and ceramic facing panels. Fitted in this way a facade can breathe – and it is called a ventilated ceramic facade. There is a big variety available of ceramic panels, stone, wood and others.
Design and dimensioning
After the dimensions have been taken by our technician, a constructive conceptual design is created, which specifies the model and kind of the cladding, its color or decoration, the dimensions and shape of the panels and the individual elements, as well as the way of installation.
The designer submits a working blueprint to our workshop for manufacturing of the individual panels and elements. There follows optimization and cutting of the chosen material as specified in the working blueprint as well as the additional finishing works depending on the material chosen by the customer.
The delivery of the manufactured product and the materials needed for installation to the site is being done by specialized transport vehicles for such purposes. To avoid scratches and injuries the elements of the construction are being packed with transport foil.
Depending on the type of cladding, it can be mounted by gluing or set on a prefabricated structure. After the installation has been completed, the site is being cleaned of waste materials, filings and wrapping foil.
