Fences

A ffence is a temporary or permanent facility serving as a partition or separation of one area from another one. Fences can be made of unalloyed steel profiles, stainless steel profiles, wrought iron, aluminium profiles and others. Most often they consist of vertical columns anchored to a reinforced concrete or concrete foundation and fence panels attached to the columns by bolting or welding. They can be galvanized or painted with powder coatings.


Fence models

According to the material fences are made of, they could be steel ones, inox ones, wrought iron ones, aluminium ones and etc. Due to its strength characteristics and variety of profiles, steel is widely used in the production of fences. The stainless steel fences, more popular as inox, are spectacular, sturdy, and durable and mostly they need no maintenance. They are especially preferred for places with high humidity and aggressive environment. Wrought iron fences are a composition of various steel profiles and decorative steel elements welded together with a wide range of decorations and color effects.

Steel fences are made of plain unalloyed steel hollow or solid profiles with a circular, square or rectangular cross-section and a wall thickness of minimum 2 mm. After cutting off the steel profiles in the selected configuration defined by the design project, they are being welded under a particular angle by MIG / MAG welding in order to achieve the maximum durability and reliability of the supporting columns and the fence panels. After the welding of the elements in the specified construction combination has been done, the welding seam is been grinded, cleaned and degreased as well as electrostatically painted by powder coating. For greater corrosion resistance and long-lasting life effect of the steel, it is recommended to subject the construction on hot dip galvanizing/zincing before painting. Because of its strength characteristics and variety of profiles, unalloyed and structural steel is widely used by manufacturing of fences.

Inox fences

Stainless steel building elements for fences are made of stainless profiles with a circular, square or rectangular cross-section and a wall thickness of minimum 2 mm. After cutting off the stainless profiles in the selected configuration defined by the design project, they are being welded by TIG welding in order to achieve the maximum durability and reliability of the supporting columns and panels. Stainless steel is characterized by high corrosion resistance and does not require any maintenance or painting. To achieve optimal effect, profiles can be subjected to additional treatments such as satin effect or polishing. Stainless steel fences are spectacular, durable, have long-lasting life and are maintenance-free. They are especially preferred for places with high humidity and aggressive environment.

Fences of wrought iron

Wrought iron fences are a composition of various steel profiles and decorative steel elements assembled by welding with a wide range of decorations and color effects. They are characterized by high strength and allow using of a wide variety of artistic design combinations. They consist of square, rectangular or round profiles, twisted, cut through or stamped iron, ornamental trim, glass, applications, glass and more. In order to achieve better durability properties, the profiles are being welded by MIG / MAG welding and the durability of the paint is achieved by powder priming, powder coating as well as patina effect.


  1. Design and dimensioning of fences

    Design and dimensioning

    A constructive conceptual design is being made, in order to point out the type of columns, the type of the fencing panels, their dimensions, the way of assembling and grippingas well as subsequent treatments and finishing works, if needed. The exact size of the fence is being taken by our qualified technician on site and we proceed further with the construction of the individual fence elements.

  2. Manufacturing of fences

    Manufacturing

    The designer submits a working blueprint to our workshop for manufacturing of the metal construction’s elements. There follows optimization and cutting of the chosen material as specified in the working blueprint concerning the columns and the fence panels. After the assembly done by welding connection according the chosen by the customer combination there follows priming and painting by electrostatic application of powder polymeric anticorrosive and decorative coatings and following firing in thermoregulated furnaces. By the stainless steel profiles the finishing the final treatment is satin effect or polishing.

  1. Delivery of fences

    Delivery

    The delivery of the manufactured product and the materials needed for installation to the site is being done by specialized transport vehicles for such purposes. To avoid scratches and injuries the elements of the construction are beeing packed with transport foil.

  1. Installation of fences

    Installation

    The installation of the columns is being done by anchor bolts or a welding connection. Afterwards the already manufactured fence panels are being attached to them again by bolt fitting or by welding connection. Our experienced installers have the most advanced professional equipment to achieve the required accuracy and ease of installation We work exclusively with high quality materials and do not compromise with the quality of the fixing, sealing, waterproofing adhesives and sealing compounds we use. After completing of the installation, the site is being cleaned from waste materials, filings and packaging foil.
